Privacy Policy pursuant to art. 13 GDPR (EU Reg. 2016/679)
Introduction

The rights that European legislation provides for users are:
Personal data collected
The personal data we collect are user identification data (name, surname, email and possibly the telephone number, if provided by the user in the message).
Our website also collects anonymous data relating to navigation on the site, such as your IP address, the domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the sites, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server ( successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
We use this data for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the sites and to check their correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes. Except for this eventuality, these data remain on our IT systems for a time normally not exceeding thirty days.
Processing authorization
To allow the user to exercise these rights easily and to record their preferences in relation to the methods of use of personal data by LAGOPLAST SRL, at the time of registration we have entered 2/3/4 ticks that indicate the permissions that the user grants us to process their personal data. By checking the processing authorization pursuant to art. 13 GDPR , you authorize us to contact you to respond to your contact request (or quote) and it is necessary to keep your contact details in our archive and contact you to provide the requested service.
The second check , on the other hand, authorizes us to contact you and send you emails containing information on our services / products / events and promotions that may interest you. Authorization to process data for this purpose is not necessary, but you would risk losing something that might interest you.
[eventual] The third check , on the other hand, authorizes us to transmit your contact details to our partners who may offer you services and / or information of your interest and therefore authorize us to send your email and the identification data you provide, so that they can send you promotional emails.

Data retention
Your data is processed internally and stored on servers protected by firewalls and antivirus. Our web agency that provides the hosting service may host some of your data, but does not have access to your data that is sent to our internal email.
Duration of treatment
Your data is kept only for the time necessary to respond to your contact request. If, on the other hand, you also select the authorization for processing for commercial purposes (possibly, to communicate your data to third party partners), the registration period is limited to 2 years, after which we will ask you for a new authorization.

LAGOPLAST S.R.L. does not perform profiling activities on its users, we do not have automated decision-making processes, because we prefer direct contact with our users (stay human!).
